Payment method
Payment should be made by wire
transfer, which is the safest way. The transfer charge is on your
own. Please note that it will take about 5 to 10 days for your
money to reach our account. Our bank account number will be mentioned
via email to your indicated email address. By sending the deposit,
you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
- A non-refundable of $200 per person
is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be deducted
to your final payment.
- Final balance of the payment is due 30
days prior to tour departure date.
- If a booking is made within 30 days before
tour departure date, full payment must be settled upon confirmation.
- Should the total payment not be received by
due date, any reservations already made in respect of the tours,
hotels and air tickets will be automatically cancelled.
- After you have made the wire transfer
in your bank, please make a copy of the transaction receipt by
the bank, write down your tracking code and tour code on the copy
and fax us the copy of the transaction receipt (Fax no. 86-10-65046501).
Once we have received your payment fax, we will start to secure
your booking.
