China Business
Tour
Mrs. Leslie is a professor of an American university. She was planning
to attend the International Congress of Psychology that would take
place in Beijing, August 2004. Three of her colleagues would be
traveling with her. They would be staying at China for two weeks
and need to make a tour before the congress. All of them were very
interested in our 12 days Yangtze cruise tour and wanted to see
all the sites if possible.
The order of our Yangtze cruise tour is: Beijing-Xi¡¯an-Yangtze
cruise-Shanghai. Due to the problem of their international flight,
they have to fly into China through Shanghai. So we designed a new
tour in reverse way. Apparently, they have no enough time to visit
all sites in each place, we choose the most symbolic attractions
for them, for example: Yu Garden in Shanghai, Terracotta in Xi¡¯an
and the shortest Yangtze cruise from Yichang to Chongqing. Even
so, it still hard to cover all the sites as we have to set aside
five days for them for congress. They might miss Great Wall and
Forbidden city, which is a pity! We asked Mrs. Lislie for their
congress agenda and found that they would have two free afternoon.
So we arranged the Great Wall and the Forbidden City in their free
time. They are so lucky!
When Mrs. Leslie got the itinerary designed specifically
for their group, she was so happy and showed it to their colleagues.
Out of our anticipation, Mrs. Leslie¡¯s another 2 colleagues also
loved the itinerary and decided to join them. So there will be six
persons in the group. We arranged a group tour for them.
She said in the letter sent us: ¡°We have
had excellent trip in China and it is in great part due to Hans
who was so thourough in making everything right. He even called
us every time we arrived in a new city to make sure everything was
ok. The welcome gifts were wonderful and again a surprise¡±.
